Valpro VPCB-62C Description
Built for insulated cold storage beneath cooking equipment, the Valpro VPCB-62C refrigerated chef base holds two 6-inch pans inside a dual-drawer layout. Its stainless steel and aluminum construction resists wear and simplifies cleaning in high-use kitchens. Equipped with an auto defrost function that minimizes buildup, the front-mounted condenser uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and includes a digital thermostat with an LED display to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Measuring 62 inches wide by 31 9⁄10 inches deep by 26 4⁄5 inches high, this unit moves on four 4-inch casters that lock for stable positioning.
