Moffat E23M3 Description
 
The Moffat E23M3 convection oven is a compact unit ideal for countertop application. Overall, it measures 24 inches wide by 25 1⁄4 inches deep by 23 7⁄8 inches high. Its interior spans 1.8 cubic feet and is fitted with three wire racks, which can accommodate three half-sized sheet pans. Halogen light illuminates the space and work with the glass door to provide a clear view of the food inside.
For safe and efficient operation, the Moffat E23M3 countertop convection oven is equipped with a safe-touch, vented, drop-down door with a stay-cool handle. To set the desired heating temperature from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, staff must use the thermostatic control knob, which is located beside a manual 60-minute timer. The unit stands on four anti-skid, adjustable stainless steel legs.
