This listing is for (1) NEW 2026 TurboChef Encore 2 Bullet High Speed Convection Oven with new in the box Heat Treated Baking Stone ($300), five new Mesh Baskets ($300), and one New Paddle. This Turbochef was manufactured in March 2026, and is still under TurboChef Factory warranty for another 9 Months which covers Parts, and Labor. This Turbochef was only taken out of the original packaging for pictures, and to test for video demonstration purposes.
 
TurboChef BULLET Description
 
The TurboChef BULLET™ convection oven expands menus by quickly cooking a diverse range of food items. Impingement, radiant heat, and microwave energy combine to provide well-toasted items that are heated thoroughly at speeds faster than conventional equipment can achieve. Its interior accepts sheet pans for baking, and several cooking tools are included. This unit has durable stainless steel sides, front, top, and drip pan that simplify cleaning. All its exterior surfaces stay cool for safety, and for space-restricted environments, this oven can be placed on another Bullet oven with a stacking kit.
Touchpad controls on the TurboChef BULLET convection oven help operators adjust quickly. Tutorials help guide operators through the cleaning and cooking process, while recipes can be programmed to ensure consistent results and quick operation. A USB interface enables operators to transfer menu programs, and the on-board memory can store as many as 256 unique recipes. The oven's self-diagnostic system monitors its cooking performance to ensure it is cooking efficiently and correctly.
