The Hobart 4812-36 meat chopper's legs and housing are made of stainless steel—a strong, rust-resistant metal that's simple to clean. To streamline cleaning further, all its food-contact components are removable. It's equipped with a spiral-fluted chopping end as well as a plastic feed stomper to increase yield.
