The Hobart HS9N automatic slicer uses a 1⁄2-horsepower motor and a 13-inch knife to produce clean cuts of meat and vegetables. Its knife edge is never exposed, creating safe working conditions by preventing cuts. The meat grip assembly and ring guard cover can be removed for cleaning.
 
This Hobart HS9N slicer operates automatically to reduce labor. Many products can be prepped on this slicer because it has three stroke lengths and four stroke speeds. Its knife can be sharpened with the top-mounted sharpener, which is made of Borazon and can be used wet or dry.
