This Bizerba meat slicer is the ideal addition to any meat slicing operation. Its 1/2 hp motor operates at a rate of 319 RPM. This unit has a razor sharp chromium-coated 13" blade to quickly slice up meats for sandwiches, pizzas, and appetizers. With a sturdy carriage and non-slip rubber feet, this slicer is ideal for high-end delis, butcher shops, markets, and restaurants. It is easy to use with user-friendly controls, including front-mounted on / off buttons with a white pilot light. With a manually operated design, it ensures constant monitoring and precise control over the slicing process. Easily transport this unit around your workspace with a sturdy side-arm lift.

This unit has a 306-point remnant holder to secure food products in place for smooth, efficient operation. It allows you to adjust the slice thickness between 0" and 15/16" with the illuminated dial. This dial lights up green when the plate is closed and the motor is off, red when the plate is open and the blade is in operation, or flashes red when the plate is open and the blade is exposed. The carriage glides smoothly on its track and can be adjusted to incline up to 25 degrees toward the operator. This carriage has a low profile to easily load heavy product and is designed for an increased product yield.

This unit is made of long-lasting anodized aluminum and plastic, and it is IP33 rated for protection from water spray. It has a hygienic, one-piece design on its base, gauge plate, carriage, thumb guard, and heavy-duty blade cover. This unit includes a 360-degree blade enclosure without any exposed gaps. It has a variety of seals and gaskets for more hygienic use, and it offers liquid and debris diversion from all control surfaces. During cleaning, the unit's interlock system locks the carriage and gauge plate and activates no-volt release to prevent injury.

To protect the user's hands, this slicer features a seamless 5 13/16" thick thumb guard and a programmable 15, 30, or 45 second blade shut-off. It comes with a safe blade removal tool to prevent direct contact with the blade during removal, cleaning, or reinstallation. This model also comes with a dishwasher-safe remote blade sharpener and a sharpener caddy. It features a safety interlock on the thickness knob to prevent accidental operation. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for use.
