Designed for efficiency, it uses a patented fin tube burner assembly with a 31,000 BTU firing rate to deliver even heat distribution. The 2/3-jacketed design maintains temperatures between 150 and 295 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring consistent cooking performance. Its durable 304 stainless steel construction features a polished interior for easy cleaning, while the reinforced rim and oversized pouring lip provide durability and precise pouring control. The manual hand tilt mechanism allows for smooth product transfer, and a rear-mounted faucet bracket is included for added convenience.
