Ideal for food transportation, the Cambro PCUHC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ food carrier has a heated top compartment and a chilled bottom compartment. Temperatures in each section are separately maintained using dense foam insulation, which also isolates the sections from external temperatures. Pans, trays, and boxes can slide onto the universal rails and be stored until serving. When transporting food, the door latches ensure the doors do not swing open.
Rear handles provide precise turning, while the bottom bumper prevents impacts from damaging the cart's cabinet or surrounding walls. Doors swing wide open, and magnets help them close when an employee's arms are full. To keep track of stored items inside this Cambro PCUHC615 food carrier, a small pocket is located on the front of each door and is big enough to fit an index card inside. Beside the pocket, a digital thermometer displays the interior temperature, keeping employees informed.
